Volunteerism and Service Learning
Many departments, clubs and organizations on campus help individuals and groups connect with agencies in the larger community who need assistance. Every week there are a number of campus-wide service experiences and outreach efforts. From retreats and local volunteer opportunities to service trips, discover the different ways for you to get involved.

Leadership Program
Our Leadership Program supports students as they work to challenge themselves in order to become stronger leaders. By utilizing the philosophy of servant-leadership, students in the Leadership Program are given opportunities to serve the Cedar Rapids community, and learn through group interaction about the need for empathetic leaders who are called to serve their communities.

Student Government Association
The Student Government Association exists first and foremost to represent the student body of Mount Mercy. It will give support to all student clubs, organizations, and committees, and will also promote activities that will ensure growth, and provide leadership opportunities to all.
