Our human resource management major is one of only 10 undergraduate programs across the country to be endorsed by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) based on the guidelines created by SHRM and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Thirteen major content areas, based on extensive research analysis, prepare students to lead employees in high performance work practices.
The major can also help students prepare for the Human Resource Management Certification programs (PHR and GPHR) that are available through the Society of Human Resource Management.
