The Mount Mercy Health Services Department encourages the best choices for a healthy lifestyle, and its goal is to assist students, faculty and staff in the process of learning to independently select healthy behavior. A healthy lifestyle encompasses intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, emotional and occupational components. The entire Mount Mercy community can participate in any of our programs.
Mount Mercy provides Student Health101 as a service to students and parents in our ongoing effort to encourage a life-long commitment to personal health and wellness. Student Health 101 is a national publication. As such, Mount Mercy does not control, nor do we endorse, editorial content provided by Health 101 contributors.
