As assistant vice president, McDonald oversees the institution's overall marketing, brand management, public relations and communications strategies. His responsibilities include the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of the public relations and marketing programs; as well as for the development, writing and editing of various Mount Mercy collateral pieces, including the Mount Mercy Magazine.

Furler serves as primary media contact for 15 NAIA varsity sports. He disseminates sports information (news releases, story ideas, statistical reports, etc.) to media and other publics. Furler maintains the University's athletics site and coordinates the design of print materials for the athletic department, ensuring graphic consistency on all athletic department apparel and printed materials.

Jentz is responsible for developing high-quality content assets for Mount Mercy University. She serves as a writer for multiple channels, including news releases, the Mount Mercy Magazine, institutional advertising, admissions and development communications, social media, top-level web site content, and internal communications.

Muhlbach provides strategic editorial and managerial oversight of magazine production and media relations; develops and oversees the execution of Mount Mercy's content strategy to help strengthen messaging throughout internal and external venues, integrates content across multiple channels while aligning it with the brand, and provides managerial oversight to Mount Mercy's social media strategies.

Ster is responsible for creative design and production of Mount Mercy print collateral and digitally created visual imagery and communications. She meets with internal clients to develop concepts and to complete the design process, and determines print specifications, production processes and executes print production.

Fields oversees and manages the university Web site while coordinating with all campus departments to develop content, site design, maintenance, and programming. She assists in guiding the university’s strategic marketing and communications plans through use of the Web site.
