Lafler leads Mount Mercy’s Office of Communications & Marketing. She is responsible for planning, initiating, and implementing overall marketing, brand management, public relations, and communications for the University.
Coordinator of Marketing and Media Content
Warde Hall 202
Jentz is responsible for developing high-quality content assets for Mount Mercy University. She serves as a writer for multiple channels, including news releases, the Mount Mercy Magazine, institutional advertising, admissions and development communications, social media, top-level web site content, and internal communications.
Graphic Designer & Print Coordinator
Ster is responsible for creative design and production of Mount Mercy print collateral and digitally created visual imagery and communications. She meets with internal clients to develop concepts and to complete the design process, and determines print specifications, production processes and executes print production.
Web Marketing Manager
Fields oversees and manages the university Web site while coordinating with all campus departments to develop content, site design, maintenance, and programming. She assists in guiding the university’s strategic marketing and communications plans through use of the Web site.
