Public Safety

The Department of Public Safety at Mount Mercy provides the overall safekeeping of the campus and its properties. Members of the Public Safety Department are committed to enforcing all laws, ordinances and policies of the state and the college. We strive for a high level of safety services to the college community. 

The protection of those at Mount Mercy is our highest priority: students, employees, guests, and property owned by the institution.

Services offered by Public Safety:

- Escorting students, faculty or staff members to their vehicles.

- Unlocking buildings after hours.

- Assisting in Parking Issues.
